Our programmes are designed to help you train consistently and see steady progress, all while keeping things flexible and enjoyable.

1-1 Bespoke Coaching

Online Personal Training

 

Price: £200 per month

Our online personal training package offers individualised support, programming, and coaching, providing the same value as a top-tier, in-person personal trainer.

 

Includes:

  • A personalised assessment to identify challenges, goals, habits, and areas for improvement.

  • Tailored strength and running programmes designed around your schedule and available equipment.

  • Online tracking to monitor personal bests, reps, rest times, and more.

  • Exercise demonstrations with both video guidance and clear written instructions.

  • Custom calorie and macronutrient targets, along with a strategic plan to help you achieve them (optional).

  • Weekly check-ins, with the option for an emergency call if needed.

  • Detailed feedback on technique to ensure safe and effective progress.

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support during the workweek, plus access to the Cool Dunning’s Community.

Lift and Run Programmes

If you’re looking for more structure, a prewritten programme might be just what you need. Simply choose from the options below to find the right fit for you. We understand that everyone is at a different stage with their lifting and running, so feel free to mix and match—for example, pairing a beginner running programme with an advanced strength programme.

I started training with Archie to get fit for Tough Mudder. It was a brilliant introduction to the world of strength training, learning about everything from the importance of stretching, techniques, and types of muscle groups. Archie was brilliant at tailoring my fitness program week by week and making sure I enjoyed the exercises I was doing.
